Mitchell Brown
行政總裁
Mitchell Brown 為 Heinbro Group 創辦人及行政總裁，具備深厚法律背景。過往曾任職國際律師事務所合夥人，其後擔任專注於資源行業的資產管理公司內部法律顧問。Mitchell 分別獲准於澳洲兩個司法管轄區、澳洲高等法院及香港執業，現持有香港執業證書，並為香港律師會會員。
Mitchell 的專業經驗對公司自成立以來的發展具有重要影響。他在合規及商業決策層面採取平衡而務實的策略思維，為客戶提供兼具監管嚴謹性與商業可行性的解決方案。
Mitchell 持有商學學士（金融）及法律學士學位。
Nathaniel Heiner is a co-founder of Heinbro Group. Prior to founding Heinbro, Nathaniel worked extensively with private equity and publicly listed companies responsible for project origination, valuation and project management.
Nathaniel comes with a background in health care and real estate asset management. He brings valuable experience including operations, capital management requirements, and government and investor liaisons.
Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws.

Valentina Guo 為 Heinbro Group 營運總監。加入 Heinbro 前，曾任職於國際會計、法律及地產服務機構。
Valentina 為特許會計師，具備豐富的大型私人及上市公司財務與非財務分析經驗。她在企業管治、財務管理、投資策略及報告方面擁有專業能力，並對亞洲市場及其營商文化具深入理解，為公司提供重要的策略及營運支持。
Valentina 持有媒體、文化與社會學學士學位，並以一級榮譽畢業。
Hugh Whitehill 為 Heinbro 高級資訊科技顧問，擁有超過 17 年資訊科技行業經驗。
他專注於為金融服務業提供高質素的資訊科技及網絡安全顧問服務，強化企業科技基礎設施及資訊安全管理能力，進一步提升 Heinbro 在數碼合規及科技風險管理領域的專業實力。
