Mitchell Brown is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Heinbro Group. Mitchell has a legal background – previously a partner at an international law firm, later becoming in-house counsel for a resource-focused asset management firm. Mitchell is admitted in two jurisdictions in Australia, High Court of Australia and Hong Kong. At present, Mitchell holds a practising certificate in Hong Kong and is proud member of the Hong Kong Law Society.
Mitchell’s experience has strongly influenced the company’s growth since its inception. He brings a balanced commercial approach to all areas of compliance.
Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws.
Dr. Nathaniel Heiner
DIRECTOR
Nathaniel Heiner is a co-founder of Heinbro Group. Prior to founding Heinbro, Nathaniel worked extensively with private equity and publicly listed companies responsible for project origination, valuation and project management.
Nathaniel comes with a background in health care and real estate asset management. He brings valuable experience including operations, capital management requirements, and government and investor liaisons.
Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Valentina Guo is the Chief Operating Officer of Heinbro Group. Prior to joining Heinbro, Valentina was employed by a global accounting, law and property firm.
Valentina is a qualified chartered accountant and has extensive experience performing financial and non-financial analysis of large private and public companies. Valentina contributes skills in corporate governance, financial management, analysis, investment strategy and reporting. Valentina’s intrinsic knowledge of the Asian market and its culture makes her an invaluable asset to the firm.
Valentina holds a Bachelor of Media, Culture and Society and achieved first class honours.
Hugh Whitehill
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Hugh Whitehill is a Senior IT Consultant at Heinbro and has been working in the IT industry for over 17 years.
His experience has boosted Heinbro’s deliverables with a direct focus on quality IT and Cybersecurity consulting covering the financial services industry.
